Pick, Pack and Promo

You'll see a list of Orders to fulfill, and as you pick them it's easy to mark Orders as Picked or Flagged. If you are on a paid plan and enable ‘Fulfillment mode’, you can even directly fulfill a Shopify order from Pick, Pack and Promo.

Select from a range of display options. You may prefer List, Packing slip, or Label layouts, and from there you can choose which order and line item details to include. You can also include the product image and tags, and even Metafields if you use them.

Custom pick lists make picking and packing your Shopify orders easier. Add orders to a list using simple ‘and’ rules, allowing you to build lists for different purposes. We support the use of Metafields in your rules, and you can control the display options specifically for the custom list.

Pick, Pack and Promo supports ‘Bundles’ - SKU's that can be purchased, and that represent a group of products. For example, a ‘Starter’s Kit’. In your pick lists, Bundles will display their composite sub-products in the pick list, allowing you to quickly pick the products and fulfill the order.

If you have orders that occur frequently and include a combination of Products, you can save time by prepacking. For example, a ‘Starter’s Kit’ and ‘A Guidebook for Starters’ will be combined into a single item in the pick list with the ability to see it's components.

If you want to flag orders that qualify for a promotion, you can - based on conditions such as a customer or order tag, the value of the order, the nth order for a customer, or the total customer spend.

You can optionally include summaries at the top of your pick lists, pick which type of summary you want to use, and can export both the pick list and summary to a CSV spreadsheet file - including which details to include.
